Sign Up to the AVPCA Residents Association

Owners and residents of Condado de Alhama are invited to join the legally registered neighbour and residents association and help bring more public services to the community. The association is called ‘Asociacion de Vecinos y Propietarios de Condado de Alhama’ in Spanish but often abbreviated to AVPCA,

The AVPCA work to bring services and facilities to Condado de Alhama for the benefit of everyone who lives, works or visits the urbanisation. By signing up you will receive emails from them providing information on what they are trying to achieve and the progress they are making.

The more members they represent the greater good they can do for the community, so your membership is important.

It’s worth noting that the AVPCA work independently of the elected Board of Presidents and as a non-owner entity everyone is entitled to join the association. Owner do not need to be listed on the Padron but non-owners do.

Your participation in the association is vital if we are to bring more public services to Condado de Alhama, with more members they have a greater weight in asking and demanding services the community is entitled to under Spanish law, these include facilities such as a pharmacy, doctors surgery and medical facilities, bus services and anything else a community needs to grow.
