
Owners are reminded that the second and final instalment for the maintenance of wooden pergolas is now due. You will see an extra or increased payment taken this month which will be 50% of the total maintenance cost.
The pergola maintenance program was agreed at the 2019 AGM and costs approved at the 2020 AGM. Costs per apartment vary according to the type of property and were provided in the 2020 AGM pack
The work is being carried out by Sparkle Property Services, which are based at Al Kasar, after winning a tender process for the work. Owners are asked to provide access to their terrace areas and ensure they are cleared of furniture and obstacles before maintenance commences.
Further more, owners are encouraged to inspect their property following the works. On completion of each phase the contractor will guarantee the materials used for 24 months and the labour for 12 months.
