How to dispose of your household rubbish

Owners and visitors to the resort are reminded litter bins in the gardens or walkways should never be used to dispose of your household waste. You must use the recycling bins or the skips provided.

Litter Bins

As a result of inappropriate use of the litter bins to dispose of kitchen waste owners voted at the 2019 AGM to remove many of the litter bins from the communal gardens. Please take litter home with you and use the recylcing containers provided.

STV collection service for bulky household waste

Owners can arrange for large household items and furniture that do not fit into the recycling to be collected by STV. Contact Admiburgos to arrange collection and usually you will be asked to leave the item(s) in your allocated parking space or other appropriate areas.

Never leave rubbish on walkways and keep the environment clean and tidy.

Collections are regularly but the board is able to change the time and frequency of service, in response to the needs of the Neighborhood.

Skips for general waste

Skips for mixed household waste are sometime available on site at the discretion of the Board of Presidents and STV. These will be located on waste ground opposite the Condado Club and between Naranjos 6 &&, as shown on the map below.
