DM Property Services presents an innovative solution for anyone wanting a second bathroom in their three bedroom ground floor apartment.
Having a second bathroom in the original Polaris built apartments is something many owners consider at one time or another, but the space restraints often mean they are just a passing consideration. While we’ve seen attempts to add a small WC and shower by using built in wardrobe space of the smaller second bedroom, usually it’s a small space and the trade off of against lost storage is not always worth it.
Recently though, an on-site tradesman has come up with a solution in the ground floor three bed apartments and we think it’s amazing! The results are really impressive. By taking a small 150mm out of the main bathroom space and combining it with the wardrobe space from the third bedroom, the resulting en-suite is spacious and much more practical.
The photo’s below show the finished project that has been completed by Damon Meli Property Services based at Condado de Alhama golf resort.
The new en-suite bathroom achieves a good size modern space that fits in an 800mm x 700mm shower with a bi-fold door for easy access, a slimline sink and fitted unit a standard size WC and extractor. The room is finished with new modern gloss wall tiles and a smart patterned flooring and finished with stylist independently controlled lighting. Here’s the finished result;
I’m sure many of us agree that the results look amazing and practical. The the addition of a second bathroom in a three bedroom apartment gives owners a lot of extra value to their lifestyle.
The loss of floor space in the main bathroom is hardy noticeable and the new main bath suite still offers plenty of space and is finished to the same style and high standard. These photo’s show the completed refit;
