In a joint statement by Admiburgos and the Board of Presidents, we hear that Admiburgos is merging with INMHO.
The joint statement explains that the current resort administrator Admiburgos has merged with a much bigger Madrid based company called ‘INMHO’. They will now be known as ‘INMHO Admiburgos‘.
We understand that in the short term nothing will change, only the company name and branding, but as the situation evolves the Board will monitor how the transition happens and any impact that has on the resort.
An individual statement by Admiburgos goes on to say that INMHO is the biggest administration company in Spain and they they will adapt their services to a new era.
They stress that Admiburgos will retain the same team of staff at Condado de Alhama but will now be reinforced by the corporate departments offered by the larger company.
They go on to say that they will ‘continue on our trajectory of excellent service with more enthusiasm, eagerness and resources that ever‘ in an effort to reassure owners that nothing will change in the short term.
As we await to hear any further news from the Board or Admiburgos about the merger and learn of any potential impact it might have on owners and the resort we would like to hear your thoughts in the comments section below.
